Front Desk Assistant

To provide reception and answer phones at the Front Desk and provide assistance and do ad-hoc projects for various departments. Familiarity with computers a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Answering the agency’s main phone line
  • Taking and responding to voicemail
  •  Responding to “Front desk” and “info” email
  • Accepting and recording donations
  • Administrative assistance to agency
  • Keeping the office in an orderly condition

Skills needed

  • Good computer skills
  • Pleasant personal and phone manner
  • Willingness to do a variety of tasks
  • Able to make a weekly commitment
  • Attention to detail

 Time commitment

  • Weekly for 3-5 hours
  • Attendance at occasional trainings
