Front Desk Assistant
To provide reception and answer phones at the Front Desk and provide assistance and do ad-hoc projects for various departments. Familiarity with computers a plus.
Responsibilities
Answering the agency’s main phone line
Taking and responding to voicemail
Responding to “Front desk” and “info” email
Accepting and recording donations
Administrative assistance to agency
Keeping the office in an orderly condition
Skills needed
Good computer skills
Pleasant personal and phone manner
Willingness to do a variety of tasks
Able to make a weekly commitment
Attention to detail
Time commitment
Weekly for 3-5 hours
Attendance at occasional trainings
