Host a Drive

We are so grateful to groups, organizations, and schools who take time to organize “drives” and collections to help provide items needed by our families.  Our current needs are as follows:

  • “A Kitchen Shower” Drive
    We are in need of new items families can use to set up their new kitchens:  hot mitts, kitchen towels, wastebaskets, dish basin/drainer/mat set, scrubbing sponges, ice trays, wall clocks, bakeware, pots & pans, frying pans, small appliances, microwaves, blenders, coffee makers, toaster ovens, kitchen utensils, glasses sets, cleaning supplies (see “Clean Sweep” drive).
  • “Clean Sweep” Drive
    We need new cleaning supplies for families moving into new homes, including:  window cleaner, bathroom cleaner, dish detergent, disinfectant spray, buckets, basins, mops, brooms, dust pans, wastebaskets, trash bags, paper towels, feather dusters, hand soap, laundry detergent, laundry baskets, etc.
  • “Make Your Bed” Drive
    Families moving to new homes need sheet sets, bed-in-a-bag sets, pillows, comforters, mattress pads, scatter rugs, lamps, etc.
  • “Bathroom Shower” Drive
    Collect a variety of items needed to set up a new bathroom:  towel sets, shower curtains, bath mats, soap dishes, toothbrush holders, small wastebaskets, hampers, etc
  • “Roll-a-thon” Drive
    Families need paper and plastic products, including anything on a roll:  toilet paper, paper towels, plastic wrap, foil, wax paper.  Also baggies of all sizes.
