TSS Moves

Moving into an independent home is a momentous step for families who have left abusive living situations—and a time when practical support can make a huge difference.  The Second Step mobilizes staff and volunteers to plan and manage a family’s move.  TSS Moves provides:
  • Networks of volunteers to clean and paint, locate furniture, and plan and manage the move itself
  • A furniture and household-goods “bank”
  • Moving assistance
